Post subject: MY NEW PUPPY HOME !!!

Today is a great day for me and for my BONA !
I got my new Lab home ! A brown male) one, 8 weeks old. I gave him 2
different names for (personal) sentimental reasons :
his "official" name is CIMARRON (it has to begin with a C this year) and his
"usual" name will be BONA. I use this name for (personal) sentimental
reasons too ! A person I deeply love and admire, had a dog called BONAPARTE
(but that's too long to use !) and she had to let him sleep in by the vet !
I had a yellow Lab for 15 years, and it was hard to loose hime ! But now the
new one has arrived ! I know it will take some time and a lot of work to
have a pleasant dog ! But I'll take the challenge just as I did with Max 15
years ago !

That's great news. My new puppy was supposed to be born this past weekend,
but it turned out the dog had a false pregnancy. The breeder found another
puppy for me from a good friend of hers, so I will now have my girl home on
the 15th of September. It turns out this puppy was born on July 29th, the
same day my Sami girl died. I don't know if that is a good sign. I know my
Sami wouldn't want me to be alone.

Have a great time and enjoy the puppy stages because they sure don't last
long. I've already went and bought lots of film for the camera.

And to Diane, too. Maybe this was some type of "meant to be" thing.... a
little bit of Sami coming back to you. Maybe there was a little bit of her
soul that transferred to the puppy. It would be interesting to know how
close in time the birth happened to your loss of Sami. I can't imagine it
would be a bad thing.
