Thanks again for your helpful suggestions. Ginger is doing her best to look
after all 20 pups, but the older batch seemed to be getting more of her
attention and leaving the poor younger ones with less. They don't seem at
all interested in the supplements, so I doubt that they are starving. Just
to help things out, I've been taking the older batch (their eyes are now
open) and letting them have a visit with their aunties or Shaggy (the
father) so that mom can give some undivided attention to the little ones. So
the older guys are learning how to nibble solids, drink water and dad is
teaching them how to dig their litter into big piles and push it out of the
cage.

cool, sounds like they're having fun :) watch em while they're with dad
though, he might not tollerate them well for long.
