Post subject: Odd Poodle Breed?
Archived from groups: rec>pets>dogs>breeds (more info?)

We have an abandoned puppy from a shelter that they had guessed to be a
Standard White Poodle about 3 months old. According to the Vet, he was
actually closer to 5 months old and we judged him to be a Poodle "Mutt"
mixed with some other breed--likely Terrier. His tail is long and fluffy and
his ears and nose seem too short and wrong shape for a Poodle--but his fur
is definitely Poodle. He's white with apricot on his ears and tail.
A plumber came today and said he looks identical to a friend's (sounds
like) "Bin-wah" Poodle. Has anyone heard of such a breed? (I would expect
the correct spelling would be French so haven't been able to track down any
info on the Web.)

Thanks!
