My dog is prone to what sounds a bit like what you are describing, and
usually the vet gives us Keflex and it clears up in about 2 weeks. He
usually breaks out on his thighs, belly and chest and most normally it has
been when he was a bit stressed (around the 4th of July - he hates fire
works, and when i had to kennel him for example...) and before I changed him
to all natural treats and lamb and rice food. Hope you get it figured out.
