Rescue Needed For Dog From Hungary to Canada

I want to rescue a puppy (boxer) from Hungary and have it shipped
North America. The current owner is unable to continue ownership. The
owner has encountered problems and unable to continue raising. Age is
about 10 weeks. Any advice about air shipping and red tape involved
would be much appreciated. Although I live in Pointe-Claire, Quebec I
was wondering if having the puppy shipped to JFK, NY would involve
less red tape. Has anyone out there ever done something like this? The
puppy seems to have some eye irritation redness. Thank you, Dom.
