Archived from groups: alt>pets>dogs>labrador (more info?)

I learned something new yesterday. Many of you might find this to be old
hat, but it was fascinating to me. Coco is in great health and usually
looks and smells fine. For about 2 weeks she's been smelling like my
sister's feet. Pet her and your hands stink. Ears, teeth, skin all fine.
Took her to the vet and learned all about anal glands. Seems hers were
full. they purged them and cleaned her up. Now she smells fine and I think
might even feel better, so she was probably in some discomfort that I did
not know about.
