Bey has one toe that doesn't grasp the perches properly due to an old injury
to that leg, and when it needs clipping I just use a regular nail clipper.
The rest of the birds' nails don't need trimming as they're kept from
overgrowing through regular use; some of the birds have sandy perches in
their cages, also. When I used to keep them short (too short, I've since
learned - they need length and point for proper clutching when they land,
among other times), I dremmeled them.
