Marshmallow, a.k.a. Coconut, a.k.a. Coco. Yes it seems that Marshmallow
is now Coconut, a.k.a. Coco. I actually didn't ask Sara exactly how
she's spelling Coco's name. But I imagine, being short for coconut, Coco
is how it's spelled. Of course I immediately thought of Arlette's Cocoa.
It's strange how life makes full circles. A seven-year-old girl now owns
a Coco, almost pure white except for one cocoa colored stripe down the
middle of his back. Strange but cool!
I thinks I done good! When I called to check on Coco, I talked to mom.
It seems Coco was already a junior member of the United Hare Force. He
has captured mom's heart. She said, "He follows me all over the house, I
love him. We only put him in his cage when we go out." Way to go Coco!
Once you've captured mom's heart you are in. They have two dogs. Coco
and the dogs mingle only under supervision, as per my instructions. The
male dog completely ignores the rabbit, but the female and Coco
snuggle. How sweet! The young buck gets lots of hay to eat, and
they've continued to feed him dandelion and parsley the way I did. On a
scale of 1 to 10, this is pretty close to a 10.
The family is sending me a recent picture of Coco. I'm told he has
grown. When I get the picture I will post it for you guys see.:-)
