Injury to Black Moor. Do I need to do anything?

My Black Moor managed to squeeze himself down beside my fake tree
stump and got himself caught there. I freed him and moved the stump
to avoid further problems. All seemed well. However, a few days
later it became obvious that he has scrapped himself up. He has
greyish scrape marks along one side of his body and into one eye. He
otherwise appears healthy. Is there something I should be doing for
him? The scrape marks have stayed the same for about 5 days now.

If you don't normally add aquarium salt, adding some (1 teaspoon/5
gallons per day for three days). It increases the goldfish's slime coat
production and puts some stress on the evil buggies.
