I am much better now, I am being very careful and not bumping it anymore but
I am not hurting hardly at all, I was well enough to go to a niece kittens
eighth grade graduation on Thursday and then 2 business events on Friday and
Saturday, I hope to go back to the work out on Monday, and by the way, it is
totally my fault nocat has been posting, auntie soft
