Subject them to a high frequency sound generating device.
Inaudible to humans, but painful to animals.
Make certain the device is not approved by Underwriters Lab.
Make certain that the inventor of the device is not affiliated with any
real boards etc.
And the beauty of this whole thing?
Well, with pinch collars etc., which I do not approve of, the effects
are immediate, but with high frequency PAIN INFLICTING devices, the
DAMAGE is undetected and the damage is LONG TERM, resulting in
PERMANENT hearing loss when the sound level pressure is too high.

Howes that for an idea?
