Yes, I did, I bought the video, and it totally, totally,
totally, totally sucks compared to "Dogz Allowed" the video
the Whole internet is increasingly anticipatory regarding
the long awaited release thereof.

The "Command Performance" idiomercial, claims over and over
that CP is a "system" developed by David Dikeman (The
"Idiot" of the Dog Game) via his 20 years of
experience.....But, in fact, it is a system developed by
William Koehler (The Fuhrer of the Dog Game) which David
Dikeman (the "Idiot" of the Dog Game), copied almost
verbatim, yet continues to proclaims it his own, apparently
thinking nobody would ever notice.

But it's laughably obvious.

You can read up on "Command Performance" "system" by simply
going to your library and picking up a copy of "The Koehler
Method of Dog Training." Dikeman puts a happier face on a
method which relies 90% on physical force and pain, and
about 10% on "praise." If you like the book, Dikeman does a
good job showing you the basics in 3D.

The system can work well, as dogs prefer not to experience
pain and discomfort. The system can also ruin a dog. It
really depends on the trainer. But it is a highly
restrictive system, which is designed to crush the
creativity of both the dog and the trainer, and this stems
from the heavy duty totalitarian philosophy which absolutely
ripples beneath the surface of "The Koehler Method of Dog
Training."

All modern dog training is either a direct copy, a variant
and/or evolutionary step from, or a reaction against the
ideas espoused in this book. Command Performance, needless
to say, falls into the "Direct Copy" category.

As for me. I am none of the above. I'm just a SuperStar
with crazy skill who won't allow himself or his dogs to be
confined by silly systems. And if you wanna see how I do,
Stay tuned to the SuperDog Station.

You'll probably get some conflicting advice here, but I'll put in my
two
cents.

I saw that infomercial about 2 years ago and bought the tape. I really
had
my doubts, but I thought, hey, for $40 or so, I don't have too much to
lose
so I'll try it. I never bought anything from an infomercial in my life
and
swore never to do so (just 'cause I hate them to death, and still do).
Since then I've trained a Siberian Husky and more recently an Alaskan
Malamute: two dogs known to be very stubborn and hard to train. The
results? Excellent. No joke. For what the video promised, it worked for
me.
My dogs stay at my side at all times and never (or have not yet) run
off,
nor pull away from me, nor go nuts when we encounter people on the
street.
Realize that the tape probably isn't providing any ground breaking
training
tips or techniques, but in my mind, who cares? If it ain't broke don't
fix
it.

However, I think the time they promise results to happen is unlikely,
at
least in my experiences. Maybe it would be different with a different
breed
other than Spitz dogs? I train my dogs daily on weekdays and 2-3 times
a
day on the weekends. It takes quite a bit of work and time for
"perfect"
results, so be prepared to donate plenty of time to the program. I
don't
think depending on this video solely is the ideal solution, but I'm
telling
you now that if you succeed with the program you will have a FAR better
dog
than 99.9% of those in your community. Add on a tremondous amount of
money
saving compared to professional training schools, and you have my
endorsement for a great tape. Two thumbs up.

If it boils down to no professional training because of expenses (which
was
my case) or purchasing this video and working hard, there is not
question
in my mind, GET THE VIDEO.
