Elegy said in part.....
Whatever it was, it is gone. He's exhausted, but when I got dinner,
he insisted that he needed some, and he ate.....

Elegy,
I am so sorry Harv was so very ill. Hopefully, he is fully recovered
now.....you are a braver woman than I am. I do not think I would have
been able to give him so much as a kibble, after all that you described.
I am sure he was hungry, it sounds like he emptied himself of
everything, poor little fella.

Wow - what an ordeal! I'm glad he's feeling better.

Could he have gotten a hold of toad while you were out? They can make a dog
very sick. Barney got a hold of one once and was an awful mess the rest of
the night. He didn't collapse but was foaming a the mouth and doing weird
chewing for quite a while after he'd gotten it.

I hope he's doing better now.

Yikes! I'm glad Harv's okay, and I hope you can figure out what the
silly boy ate.

Oh jeez. You need to sit your dogs down and have a serious talk with them.
They need to stay healthy here on out. Glad that whatever it was, has
passed, and he appears to be on the mend.

That sounds very, very scary.
I'm glad that he managed to expel the toxin though.
I wonder what the hell he got into.
