Florida--Found dog

I found a dog in Longwood, FL. I have no idea what to do with the dog...I
wanted to keep him. He started out with a wound on his neck but I took him
to the vet and they gave me antibiotics to treat the infection; he is well
now, however I can't keep him because they won't allow a dog where I live.
I need to know where to take him...I've looked for the owners but so far no
luck.

I suggest that you ask the vet that treated the dog. Veterinary
offices usually have knowledge of local rescue groups and SPCA
shelters. You could also check Petfinder online by entering your zip
code and seeing what rescue groups turn up with dogs for adoption.
Then contact them.
