Can anyone tell me what natural food you feed your goldfish other than
the goldfish flakes?
I'v found that my fish enjoy baby marrow. The man in the petshop told me
to steam it, then slice it, then freeze it. I toss a sliver into the
tank twice a day, and my goldies turn from passive floaters to ravenous
sharks.
Im not sure how much natural food to feed, so I have kept it to a
minimum 1 slice with the tiny sprinkle of fish flakes morning and night.

cooked peas (shell them first and throw away the shells), cooked carrot
cooked spinach, lettuce, probably finely sliced cucumber (i'd remove the skin)

practically all simple veggies like that, that go soft when cooked.
