Ferrell cat rescue

Im in Tampa Florida...a SEMI wild Ferrell cat has adopted my parents (shows up
for meals and allows some petting......... but will NOT allow close enough
contact to get it to the Vets for shots and they CANNOT have a pet. I need to
know the phone number for the closest rescue organization who can catch this
cat and get it a home..its tame en-ough for help...........My guess it that it
eblonged to somebody who left it behind or mistreated it....it has peotntial if
it gets its shots...cansomebody out there get me the numbe to call...its an 813
