My 8 year old Lab has different droppings...one is loose, through not
diarrhea. The other is firm. No change in his food, though he
certainly loves to eat grass when he is outside. We take two good
long brisk walks each day and he gets occasional veggies (peppers,
carrots, broccoli) to supplement his Nutro NC senior.

Is this just a matter of age?

He also seems to have some ripe gas in the evening.

Thanks Camaro

I don't think so (a matter of age) I think it is the nature of the beast!
Also with mine, no changes and stools change! We can't watch every single
thing that goes in their mouth as hard as we try! P

Thanks Penny. With two dogs it's sometimes difficult to keep an eye
on both of them. The Lab eats grass like a cow. I thought that maybe
his new regimen of glucsoamine might be a factor.
