A few weeks ago I posted about a bureaucratic screw-up in which it
looked like City Hall was going to make me take Cubbe in, again, to the
veterinarian to update a rabies shot. Today her tag arrived in the mail
with no inconvenience or screw-up at all.


I love the pedantic language: This is to certify that JULIA ALTSHULER
is herby granted a *DOG LICENSE* for *CUBBE* from the City of ...
