Hi I'm new to the newsgroup thing as well as to the area I now live. I just
moved from Charleston, SC and now reside in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area.
First I would like to know if there are any good discussion groups for
Discus, I do see some here in the cichlid group wich is a good start. I
would also like to know if anyone is aware of any good fish stores or
breeders for Discus in the area. So far from what I've seen it's been slim
pickens. I do see that there is a pretty large breeder in the Chicago area
but that is about 3.5 hours away. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Good luck, I'm in Des Moines and there is nothing over this way either.
Closest and best I'm aware of is either Chicago or the Twin Cities.
