After thinking about this for a while, I have come to the conclusion that
cats normally live horizontally, while we humans live vertically....So, we
are already at a distinct advantage in looking up, since we already have a
90 degree advantage over cats......I think cats can, "look up" just as well
as we can, discounting that 90 degree advantage.....
