It is now a couple of weeks since I introduced cuppy (bfa possible hen) and
mango (wfa cock) into the same cage. To date mango has been seen feeding
cuppy and cuppy has been preening mango. Mango is a much more active bird
than sedate cuppy and having him in the same cage had got cuppy moving about
as mango chases him/her in play. So far all is going well.Cuppy was turning
into a real perch potato and putting on more weight than is healthy.
Hopefully Mango will help him/her lose it.
Certainly they seem to be getting on really well.
Just out of interest, given the size difference between the 2, if they are
actually a true pair, is there any chance of them actually breeding?
