Post subject: Crabs & Crayfish

I would like to know if it is possible to get crabs & crayfish (for
community tanks) in Canada, Toronto Area. I have seen these are available in
the states but I ve never seen any here.

Two large wholesalers (of aquarium fish, plants etc) are both located in
Toronto. They always have crabs & crayfish available in their stock
lists. Your problem is finding an LFS in Toronto who orders from them
(most would), and will order crabs/crayfish.

Thank you, I was in Al's fish store (the best one I know here in TOronto)
and tehy have some, but not more than the ghost shrimp and other quiet
aggressive but hot the colorful and peceful ones...

Fiddler Crabs - Okay, I'm convinced that its not a good idea to put a crab in my aquarium--not because it might eat my fish, but because I saw something that really bothered me in the LFS today. There are two fiddler crabs (a male and a female) in a freshwater aquarium...

Thai Devil Crabs? - Hi, saw one of these a few years back (cardiosoma camisax) and have never been able to find them since. These were the most brightly colored crabs I've ever seen, about as big as my fist, and entertaining as hell to watch, does anyone have any info on..
