Post subject: Conure leg injury?
Archived from groups: alt>pets>parrots>misc (more info?)

My dusky conure started chewing/picking at one of his legs and I can see
where the feathers are being plucked out and small amounts of dried blood
appear on his feathers. He has plenty of food, a big cage, lots of toys, and
I take him out 5-6 times a day. Plus I am home all the time and he is in
living room where I am alot of the time. A few months ago his pal cockatiel
died and he was a pain for weeks but now he is ok other than the leg thing.
Any ideas?
