Archived from groups: rec>pets>dogs>breeds (more info?)

Hi,
I am looking to get another Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever and if I
can't find one through rescue I will go to a breeder. When contacting a
breeder what questions should I ask, what health tests should be done, what
questions should I be asked? What are red flags?
thanks
