Condensation and RO Units.

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone with an RO unit experiences large amounts of
condensation on it. I have my RO unit set up on a float valve to help
maintain a set water level in order to compensate for evaporation. The
water supply runs under the house and up through the floor before being
connected to the RO unit.

As it is, I have large amounts of condensation on the unit itself as well as
collecting on the water lines with the finished water line to the sump as
the only exception. There is enough condensation collecting that I need to
keep a towel under the unit to capture the drip off and change the towel
every 5-7 days due to it's saturation.

I have not identified any leaks at the moment, but I have not ruled them out
either. After initial installation, I did not notice any leaks for several
weeks. The RO unit is rated for 35 gallons a day at full operating
pressure. Lately I have noticed that the pressure gauge appears to be
reading 35-40 psi rather than 0 psi when the float valve is closed. Running
pressure on an open float valve is 70-75psi. I believe the pressure gauge
should read 0 psi when the float valve is fully closed even though the
supply line remains open. Is this correct?

Any suggestions would be welcome. The RO unit is too close to the MH
ballasts for my comfort if they produce this much condensation. (MH
ballasts not installed yet, but planned to be placed nearby).
