Looking for breeder (cockatiels) - New to the bird thing. Have several books and ready to take the plunge. Looking for reputable breeder in SF Bay area--any ideas on how to find one?

advise for cockatiels - I have two young cockatiels, the cage they are in has a pull out tray with sand paper.Just above this sits a grill stopping the birds from getting to the bottom of the cage.I dont think this tray is a very good idea so i have removed it?Reasons for..
