I moved an oranda and lionhead to their new 20 gallon tank yesterday. They
were originally from a 29 gallon with two other fish. At first they were
really happy, swimming around for food and stuff. After a few hours, they
just sat on the bottom, moving their eyes around and barely breathing. I
left them there over the night to see if they would do better, but in the
morning they were still sitting there, so I moved them back to the old tank.

Strange thing is, I kept two smaller fancies in there while I was cycling
the tank, and they were fine. Is the oranda and lionhead just scared of
their new tank? Could it be lack of oxygen due to their head growth
compared to the other fish? They are about 2.5 inches body length (ex. tail
fins) and their hood doesn't cover their gills or eyes.

How is the water between the two tanks? There could be a difference in
nitrates or total dissolved solids or dissolved organic solids... etc,
etc. temperature?
