So to the best of our ability to determine, Casper's about eight months
old now -- we figure we got her when she was about three weeks old, so
she's been with me and Sam (rabbit #1) her whole life.

She was spayed two months ago, at six months of age. And contrary to
everything we've been told, she's more territorial than EVER. She manages
to keep her pee inside her box when she's alone, but when Sam's around she
pees a ring around the outside perimeter -- the same when she visits HIS
box. And she no longer cares WHERE in the house she poops. She's less
litter-trained than before her spaying.

Worse, she mounts poor, docile Sam, who just wants to groom and be
groomed, from midnight to dawn, which she seldom did before. But at least
the rest of the time they get along great.

We didn't have any of these troubles with Sam, although of course he was
an "only bun." Can we expect her to grow out of this behavior anytime
soon? What can we do to speed her along?

it can take long for hormones to wear down. this could be territory
thing too. the same thing happend to molokai. he lost his litter habits
and never went back.. i am at a loss to figure out what to do..
maybe time will stop it. keep persistant..

Hello,
Aothough Jack is a male we expected changes after neutering but never
saw any. It may just be a hormonal thing.
