Hi Everyone,
My sweet girl Aimee turns 5 today! It's hard to believe and she certainly
doesn't act middle-aged. :-) She has mellowed out a little bit, or at least
our bond and the trust has grown stronger (she let me stick my finger in her
mouth last week <g>). But mainly we are just having a great time together.
She is becoming a more edumacated bunny by listening to me sort out what's
in my text books. Unfortunately I occasionally have to make sure she does
not become a "consumer of fine literature". Those things aren't cheap! :-)

Thank you very much Laurie! I don't feel middle aged either....until I'm
sitting in class having conversations with all these 19 and 20 years olds.

Hi Beth,
Actually, fingers in the ears came second. First, she allowed me to pick
stuff out of her eyes. Then one day when she was digging for China with her
hind foot in her ear and apparently getting no relief, I tried scratching in
there myself. Apparently I did the trick because now she will often start an
itch and them stare at me to complete the job! I have to keep my fingernails
very short anyways, so I just gently rub with the pad of my finger and she
moves me into the right spot. This most recent thing with her mouth was
because it looked like she had something stuck in there. I felt around but
couldn't find anything, but I must have done something because she stopped
with the funny movements. Who knows what she will want me to do for her
next! :-o
